No, don't follow Azura! come on, might be a rather "good" Daedra she's still a caprioucious little princess and the very one that turned the Chimer into the Dunmer (just because of the Tribunal, because of 3 guys breaking their promise to her Nerevar champion!)
She can't be trusted...

(I still haven't done her quest in Skyrim...)
