dude your work is fantastic! ive never before seen anyone get as close to the mythological descriptions of the norse gods than you. as thor would say "i like these pics...ANOTHER! (slams cup on ground)" XD
I love this series and I like their fairly realistic clothes. But there are two thing where it doesn't seem quite so accurate. First, Thors hammer have a special story of its creation, where it's a specific point that the handle turned out especially short. Yours is quite the opposite. And secondly, your version of Hel I don't find as good as the others. Her anatomy looks a bit weird and confusing, especially her upturned arm. Her clothes add to the confusing, what with there being much of it and it's very flowing, making it harder for the eye to see what's going on. Her clothes isn't that authentic compared to the others, either. She is of course the goddess of death, she doesn't need to be so founded in being realistic. I hope you don't take offence at my words, I really like your other drawings of Norse Mythology.
I know that Thor is typically described/portrayed as having red hair, but I've always wondered, where exactly does that description come from? Is it mentioned in the Eddas or any other Medieval poetry, or was it added in later centuries?
